Such a harmony depends on one liking and admiring the climate, type of nature and the culture of the country with it's ways of living and skill levels. So you ought to move to from where you try to learn such things, i.e. some to a nice kind of place in Central Europe, some to tropical countries they like, etc.
And then just follow the advice, leaving fracturelessness also to others, and trusting feelings and sensations etc too, never forgetting to follow wisdom.
